Do you understand that our energy expert does not represent your local utility or government agency?
Have you received and reviewed your Solrite PPA agreement and the right to cancel?
Do you understand that the term of your Solrite PPA agreement and warranties is for 25 years?
Do you understand that through the SonnenConnect Texas Virtual Powerplant Program and pursuant to the terms of your executed SOLRITE agreement, SOLRITE will install and maintain an essential load battery backup system at no cost, to protect you in case of power outages?
SOLRITE maintains ownership of installed battery systems, and fully warranties their performance for 25 years. Do you understand that to qualify and enroll into the SonnenConnect Texas Virtual Powerplant Program, the batteries are required to be installed inside of a garage where they will be protected from the elements?
Do you understand that you must utilize a SOLRITE approved Retail Energy Provider, and that any transition away from a SOLRITE approved Retail Energy Provider or modification of the battery settings will result in an increase of $250 to the quoted monthly payment in your agreement? Remaining with an approved R.E.P. and preserving installed battery settings will maintain all quoted discounts.
Do you understand that within the next 90 days, a representitive of SOLRITE will reach out to help enroll your home with an approved Retail Energy Provider?
Enrollment in the Virtual Powerplant Program greatly strengthens the electrical grid of Texas. Partnered Retail Energy Providers have the option to use batteries to perform demanded grid services that may result in additional charges on your R.E.P. bill. SOLRITE will ensure that any utilization of the battery system does not negatively affect homeowner savings, and will perform monthly reconciliation to credit back homeowners any charges applied by the Retail Energy Provider. Do you understand?
Do you understand that your agreement is for the solar system and associated equipment only, and that any additional services such as roofing, HVAC, promotions from sales, or any other promise is handled outside of your PPA agreement with Solrite and is instead an agreement with the installation contractor or sales partner?
The estimated monthly payment of (Repeat customer payment) is fixed and based on the current estimated annual production of your system. Do you understand this may change if there are system design or layout changes that occur before the installation of your system?
Do you understand that the annual percentage increase for your agreed monthly payment is (Repeat escalator in agreement)?
Do you know that any projections regarding savings and future electricity prices are estimates based on your current electrical usage and utility prices?
Do you understand that you may still have utility charges and may still have to purchase additional electricity from your utility company if you consume more than your system is able to offset?
For Solrite to monitor and ensure the seamless performance of your system, a home must have hardwired internet. Hotspot devices do not qualify. Can you verify that you have active home internet?
Do you understand that the following are your options if you want to sell your home during the term of the agreement?
1. Transfer your agreement to the new homeowner who meets the credit requirements.
2. Transfer the agreement and pay a transfer fee if the new homeowner does not meet the credit Requirements.
3. Purchase the system outright.
4. Prepay the remaining payments and transfer the use of the system to the new owner.
